Each box contains 24 premium 3-ply bamboo rolls. That's typically enough for a household of two for around 8–12 weeks, depending on usage.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

We'll replace it — no questions asked. Simply email us at care@nesviva.com with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll send a replacement box straight away.

Yes — every element. Each roll is individually wrapped in unbleached recyclable paper. The outer box is recycled cardboard, sealed with paper tape. No plastic films, no plastic tape, no shrink wrap, no exceptions. Everything can go in your household recycling bin.

Bamboo is a grass, not a tree. It grows up to 91cm per day and reaches maturity in 3–5 years (vs 20–50 years for trees). It regenerates from its own root system without replanting, requires no pesticides or fertilisers, uses significantly less water, and absorbs 35% more CO₂ than equivalent stands of timber.

Significantly. Conventional toilet paper is made from virgin wood pulp — ancient forests felled for a single-use product. The process uses vast amounts of water and energy, and often involves chlorine bleaching. Bamboo grows back without replanting, uses less water, absorbs more carbon, and our product is unbleached and plastic-free throughout.

If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery at care@nesviva.com. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed boxes. Damaged deliveries are always replaced free of charge.
